HarmonyCares has a Physician Leader opportunity leading the Martinsville Medical Group office through clinical practice and oversight of Advanced Practice Nurses.  HarmonyCares is the Nation’s largest in home value based care providers with multiple divisions of care services across 11 states.  The organization focuses on providing Primary Care to the high acuity patient population.

 

The Physician Pod Leader is a great opportunity to grow a practice and support the organization with quality outcomes.  The role has a base salary, plus a significant annual bonus potential.

The Physician Team Leader (POD Leader) acts as a resource/coach impacting clinical performance of the team. The leader will collaborate with advance practice providers and build a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Geriatrics or complex patients preferred
• Active/unrestricted medical license and DEA
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• EMR experience
